Off Balance Washer
My washer code says it's off balance, but it does this every time I do a load of laundry. I called 1-800-samsung and they said to try calibrating it. That didn't work! I'm unsure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Did you perform the calibration correctly? See "STEP 6 Calibration mode" at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/416593/Samsung-Wa456drhdwr-Aa.html?page=17&term=calibrat&selected=1. Note that there are five tasks to complete.
2. If calibration doesn't work, you probably need professional service. Depending on when you made the purchase, you may instead be able to return the washer to the retailer or implement your Samsung warranty.
