Samsung Wa456 Doesn't Seemt To Agitate Correctly
I just purchased a samsung wa456 washer. It doesn't seem to agitate correctly and I have yet to see the aqua jets work. I have the aqau jet feature activated on normal cycle. Agitates very slowly like three times to the left then very slowly three times to the right, until wash cycle is finished. It does the same in the rinse cycle. Drains and spins correctly. I have not yet noticed an error code.

I have noticed this too, but I have not received a definitive answer.
Best I can tell, the AquaJet will only work on loads from clothes filled half of the tub or less. If you attempt to use the feature on a full load, you will only notice a spin during the wash cycle and rinse cycle.
I have tried to pin down Samsung on this issue, because the manual states that the Aquajet will work on BIG LOADS...but this is not the case.
I do believe the reason it does not work on big loads is due to water height and load weight. If it spun at a high level the water will overflow the tub.
** Update...it will work on big loads in the Heavy Duty Cycle. Just do not change the spin setting. Changing water temp and soil setting is ok.
***Update 2 on 04/01/2013*** We have just completed our 3rd month of use with this machine. We loved it at first...still do for the most part....but the AquaJet Feature is a complete sham. The AquaJet Feature DOES Leak! There is a blue ring at the top of the unit. Inside the ring is a gasket that attaches and seals to the top of the basket. At first, everything was great for about 50 days then the water starts blowing the gasket as the water spins to the top and back over the clothes. We had it fixed 3weeks ago and it was working again. Last night, leak all over the floor again. There is a major design flaw in this feature...which is the main selling point of the WA456. Without the feature...no leaks. Its too bad. I loved the unit...and it probably would have been great if not for the Aquajet. I do not recommend buying this unit!!
