Faulty Smt-190dm Monitor
Have acquired a used Samsung SMT-190DN security system with 4 cameras. Cameras (and audio) work fine... problem is the display monitor: it only "displays" for 2 or 3 seconds, then goes blank! I push the "Screen Saver" button on the monitor/console, and the display comes to life.... for 2 or 3 seconds, then goes dark again. By pressing the "Screen Saver" button, I've been able to step thru the menu, set the time, etc.... just in 2 or 3 second bursts!Have replaced the power board (AB44-00041A) and the condition remains the same! Got this stuff for nothing, and don't wish to spend multiple hundreds of dollars to fix. Any ideas as to what to look for next??

I suggest you follow the DWELL TIME SETUP on page 21-32 of the manual.
