Phone Stuck On Blue Tracfone Screen
Hi. My phone powered off, I turned it on and it won't go past the blue Product of TracFone Wireless screen. I have taken out the battery and SIM and to no avail, I still cannot get into my phone. Please help. This is my only phone.
