your phone can only have a 8gb memory card i have one and it is sandisk 8gb

but i know the anwser to that you have to call the tracfone company and tell them that you forgot your pasword and they will send you a new sim card and the will tell you how to unlock it that is what my mom did when i forgot my pasword and it took a while it takes about 4to 5 days to get depending where you live
