How Do I Access My Gmail Accounts On This Phone Its Harandous;w

how can i access my gmail accounts on this phone;1/2 the time its says website is not responding and its agrevating when my wifes net 10 works when my dont;its a samsung and i also had to send it to the factory as well last week for the same reasons and got a new one and its still does the very same thing;need i report them to the federal trade commission or what?
