I Deleted My Contacts Can I Get Them Back

Unfortunately once they're gone, they're gone. I would suggest saving contacts to both your phone memory and your SIM card, the reason is i have noticed that even with the screen "locked" my phone still accidently deletes contacts while in my pocket! So if you save it in two places at least if it deletes one, you can find it again.
