My Phone Is Stuck In Download Mode
please tell me how to return it to regular mode

Please try plugging the phone in to your charger for a few seconds while the phone is turned on. Then remove the charger.
If this does not work and you are able to access your menu options, you may need to perform a hard reset. Click on the following link for steps on the hard reset:
If you are unable to hard reset the phone remove the battery for 5 min.
if still unresolved please visit any phone repair shop for firmware update/flashing.
