Hi. Troubleshooting
- Remove and replace the battery after 5 minutes and try to power it back on and observe
- Attempt to access the recovery mode as per the steps here and observe - if you get it, wipe cache and reboot - if need be, wipe data/factory reset.
- Otherwise, connect it to a PC and short press the power button to see if the computer recognizes it, if it does, then the ROM/firmware may require a re-flash.
- If you can, try out a different battery or charge you current one using a universal charger as either your battery may have failed or was not able to charge properly with a charger (OEM recommended)
- In the extreme the device's power management chip may have failed.
