Samsung Sch-r100 's Screen Keep Flashing On And Off.
I can't seem to power up the cell phone.When I plug the charger in , the screen keeps flashing on and off. I installed a new battery , but it still does the same thing..The phone is about 8 years old .I managed to get it into download mode. It says the mode is Emergency and the Port : USB. What do I do now. Thanks ....Ed
