We Had A Power Surge And The Only Thing Working On Panel Is A Blinking Light On

I would suggest removing the power from the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. Then restart it. If the light then stays on and there is no operation I think you will need to have an engineer to investigate as it could have caused a logic failure. This is a link to the user guide:
