The Icemaker Of My Refrigerator Mod Rs2577 Is Not Working

Refrigerator ice makers can fail for several reasons, some simple and some tricky. You may be able to fix your broken ice maker yourself in minutes, avoiding a service call. First, rule out the obvious by checking for a blown fuse or tripped breaker on your electrical panel. Next, check the door gasket and make sure it's clean. Check your thermostat and make sure the setting has not been accidentally changed. Check your owner’s manual for correct temperature. Ideally, it is best to have your freezer set at 0°F. Make sure the ice bin slides in to place correctly and that the shutoff arm or switch is in the ON position. Also check to see that nothing is blocking the ejector arm. For the ice dispenser, Check the ejector arm (inside and under the bin) and the delivery chute (on the door, below the bin outlet) for blockage. Use a plastic utensil to clear them as needed. Check for leaks around the freezer and look for kinks in the water supply line tubing. For additional troubleshooting steps and solutions, see I hope this helps
