Model 4287 Plugged Door Ice Dispenser
My Samsung model 4287 ice maker gets plugged up in the door and won't drop the ice. Push the paddle and the main box over loads the ice. Open the door and ice goes everywhere. How can I get this to work right? No problem making ice. Also what position is the crank handle suppose to be in with the bucket? Up or down?

Go here for ice maker on off info. Go here for ice dispenser troubleshooting. The switch bail wire is off when up.
