How To Remove The Left Door Flap Clips

I need to replace the left door flap that keeps air from coming into the refrigerator - Part number 8-4.   It has 3 clips that need to be removed so that the flap can be lifted off. Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the clips...the middle one is different than the top and bottom.
