Very Poor Service To The Customers. My Samsung 46' Led Tv Stopped Working
Hi This is Dr.C.G.patil. I have purchased a Samsung 46"LED TV on 16th Oct. 2011 and it has suddenly stopped working on o1st Oct 2012 and registered a complaint 0n 02nd Oct 2012. Technical support person attended it exactly after 8 dyas (08 Oct.2012) and said logic box not working and needs to be replaced and it will take two to three days. To day it is 15th Oct. 2012 no proper reply from theSamsung end. Why is this poor customer support? Dont have any concern for customers? What is this? Please explain? We are in 21st century and how many days required to procure a logic box from Gurgoan?
