Tv Won't Turn On. Checked Capacitors...no Bubbling
Stuck standby mode...no remote...dad is throwing away...can I fix it??.we

Go to this page for a possible solution. The capacitor can be defective with only I slight bulge on the top. I repaired two of my own & it's been caps both times. Any stain or bulge is suffcient enough to make a cap suspect.
