My Tv Comes On With A Hissing Sound And Vertical Lines. After Awhile It Is Ok
When I turn on my tv the on light comes on and my on sound is there and I get a click but the picture will have vertical lines with a loud hissing sound. I play around with it by removeing the signal and connecting the signal I can finally get it to work ok. And it will work ok thru out the day untill I turn it of and latter turn it on. Do you think this is a capacitor problem in the Power Supply.
