Faulty Samsung Hx-mu050dc
URGENT !!!!!!!
My Samsung HX-MU050DC exterior portable harddrive was bought just 3 months ago from Incredible Connections in the Galleria Shopping mall in Amanzimtoti, Kwa Zulu South Coast. I saved all my personal and business data from my IBM Lenovo laptop initially on this harddrive and had no problem. Then last week I connected up the harddrive to retrieve some data and my laptop would not allow it to be connected. I then tried 2 other laptops and they also did not accept it. I replaced the cable in case it was faulty, but still did not open. I then took it back to the store I bought it from, and they too checked it and they too could not get it accepted on their laptop in their work shop, and said that it is faulty and that they cannot retrieve all my saved business data. Now what do I do as I need all the data stored on this harddrive particularly my business data. So I need Samsung to advise me as who to get to retrieve my data urgently as some business data I need now !!!! PLEASE HELP ME ASAP !!!!!!!
