How Do I Get This Off Of Lock Mode

when i turn on to dvd it says lock therefor door will not open to put dvd in. All other functions work.

If you forgot your password1. Remove the disc.

2. Press and hold the STOP button on the remote control for 5 seconds or more. Allsettings will revert to the factory settings.
