Tv Has A Very High Pitched Squeel Faint Noise When Playing And Unplugged.

TV has a very high pitched squeel noise when playing and keeps making the noise even when unplugged. Didnt know it could do anything unplugged! Have tried disconnecting DVD external player etc from it, and also disconnecting cable cord and it still does it....very annoying and also is so annoying to my dogs as I believe it hurts their ears...
