Yes, most bluetooth devices function like speakers, earphones and headphones. The very first thing you have to consider is make sure that the battery of your bluetooth device is still working or has a charge. Also, make sure that the device like computer/mobile phone is properly rending audio output. Read the user's manual here for more information.
