Lamp Replacement Frequency
I have had to replace my lamp 3 times, about to be my 4th time in 5 years. My first time was after 3 years, but since then I have replaced it twice and now a 3rd time in the last 2 years. The life of the lamps seems tobe greatly diminishing. Could it possibly be a cooling issue that is causing the lifespan of the lamps to continually shorten?

I have seen this complaint a lot, and most of the time it ends up being the lamp was bought off line from a non-authorized distributor.
