Why My Galaxy Tab 2 7 Gtp3113 show 4,39GB moviNAND rather than 8GB ?

The other storage capacity may not be present and available because it can be used by the system for pre-installed apps, Operating System, files and more. On the other hand, there might be a problem with the unpartitioned storage part.
