Black And Blue Toner Spots
it disposes blue ink in strips sometimes and always a shade of black ink covers the whole page whether you print black and white or color. We replaced the yellow toner and we know black is still full all other toners are full, no indication of them being empty. We see dots of ink on the toner receptacle? or is it the fuser? we tried on a better quality paper the resolution was higher but the problem still existed. The images print ok, it is the text is the problem and the small dots of black ink which covers the page like a shade of gray so it changes the paper's background from white to gray and again the blue strips. Do we need to change cyan and black inks? would this fix the problem, i am afraid to invest 2 more toners and the problem still exist, also the fuser is around $200 so i do not know what to do? please help!!
