Need To Reenroll, Safelink Not Working
applied for phone about 14 days ago, wanted to keep my phone so I checked the box asking if I wanted to. called safelink about 20 minutes after submitting application and was told by customer service rep my phone was not compatible. asked rep what to do and was told he would fix the problem and I would be receiving a safelink phone in the mail. got a sim card but no phone. called safelink to fix the problem but now I am rejected because my address is already in their system. are you kidding me?

Sorry for your problems, but we're an independent help site not connected with Safelink. You need to call customer service back--it sounds like an unintentional glitch. The number I have is 800-Safelink (723-3546).
