Why Can't I Get Service On My Safelink Phone?
I live in arkansas. I have not been able to recieve service to my phone for almost a week now. I tried taking out the battery to try and reset it and now its reading the wrong date and time and i still can't get any service. I tried master reset but idk the password. I know someone who has the same exact phone and service from safelink and he's getting service and we're n the same exact area so i assume i should be getting service too. I need help badly. I have 2 kids and I can't communicate with their schools now because of this. It's extremely important for my to have a phone. I have no idea what to do.
