Safelink Phone Emergency Only
Every time I try and make a call I get "emergency only". Sometimes if I turn the phone off and restart the call will go thru. But it is getting more persistent. Can't get a live person on the phone to help me.

Hi. The one cause may be poor signal coverage unless if you have received good signal in the past from the same area. You best bet is sadly to get a live Customer Service rep.
