Phone Locked
How do I unlock the sims on my screen? It says I can only make an emergency call.

You need to call Safe-Link/tracfone and have them provide the PUK code. This is a lock code that is generated when you enter the incorrect passcode several times ina row and MUST be given to you by the wireless carrier (safelink.)
