How Can I Find Out When I Receive My Minutes

Most carrier automatically update your minutes when you restart your phone. You may also want to check with CS@ 1-800-Safelink (723-3546).

Hi tjty07! You will know it once you receive the minutes on the phone. Usually, you will receive the monthly minutes every first week of the month. If you have further questions, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will resolve your problem right away. You can also call our Customer Care Center at 611 from your SafeLink Phone (it's a FREE call) or 1-800-378-1684 (from a landline phone) for assistance. Our representatives are available Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST. Thanks.
