Delivery Problem
FEDEX has sent my phone to the wrong address..I have been tracking it thru your company ..it was delivered the 2nd to an unknown address. They would not tell me and were extremely rude and nasty..stating that they sent it to the address you gave them..reading my order form..this is NOT THE CASE!! ADDRESS IS CORRECT!! Your company is out of a cell phone due to this!! I Now have to wait until this matter is cleared and plz reissue me a new cell phone!! UGH...
