How do I get a replacement phone for one that has been damaged?

Call them, and make sure you have your information, and if you have a serial number or anything else from them, handy, in case they need it. They will send you a replacement phone. You can call them at: 1-800-378-1684.
If you don't have a phone to call them on, you can use an online voice over internet service to make the call, such as skype or google voice, or ask a friend to let you borrow theirs to make the call.
