2005 Saab 9-3 Will Not Start And There Is No Power Going To The Fule Pump

The fuses are housed in three fuse panels:
one behind a hatch on the left-hand end of
the dash, one in the engine bay (additional
small unit in front of battery) and one on the
left-hand side of the trunk. There is space
for spare fuses in the hatch on the left-hand
end of the dash.
Fuse panel in front of battery fuse # 2.
