Ridgid Ms255sr 'inner Screw'

I have the Ridgid ms255sr and can't find the "inner screw" (fig 10) http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/8d/8d64cff1-600a-4dc0-a0ff-7a3a7b257067.pdf I wnat to adjust the blade in the vertical plane. Any help is greatly appreceiated!

You have to tilt the blade to the right. Then the "inner screw" is revealed on the left side where the housing pivots. It is recessed in the housing and can only be seen if you tilt the blade to the right. As you tighten this screw, it will let the blade turn more to the left and visa-versa. Make sure to loosen the set screw in the back and release the locking clamp. Thanks!
