If you're getting red lines or streaks, you probably need a new magenta drum unit. The charge roller in the unit goes bad over time and needs to be replaced.
If the red is just splotches, or your copies are all red, then you have a different problem. There may be a problem with your magenta development unit, or the developer itself.
