Hi How Do I Scan Direct To My Pen Drive. Used Ricoh Mpc 2800 .when I Connect Pen Drive To Usb Port On The Controler Board There Is No Respons Plz Any One Who Can Hepl Me Thank You

Hello, you can't scan to a removable USB drive from the USB port on the controller board. That USB port is only used for connecting options and accessories, such as a wireless kit. To scan to a USB drive, you will need to have the USB2.0/SD Slot Type A option (EDP code 414678) installed, which allows scanning to either a USB drive or an SD card. This option is mounted on the front of the copier, near the operation panel, and it has its own USB slot to use for a removable drive.
