Ricoh Pro C900s Need A Service Manual Or Please Help Me Out.

Hey... I am usinf ricoh pro c900s, and i facign soem problem last some of month on customer side. 1- Machine show reset the heater unit 2- SC-601 i am already check the machine with the same of model, replace the heater unit main borads and heatere jeck and also replace the powesupply unit but machine behavour same as it.
