Scanner
When I scan an item to my email, the document shows up under an email address of a past employee. How can I update this?

Hi, you can change the email address that the copier is registered as in User Tools. Press the User Tools/Counter button, then go to System Settings and click on the File Transfer tab. Look for the Admin Email Address setting (you may have to scroll down) and change it to a different address. Depending on your SMTP settings, you may also have to enter the correct password for that email address.
