Deleting Names From Scanner Memory
Hello,
I would like to know how to delete names from the scanner? We have several employees that have left the company and would like to delete their names in order to make space for new employees.

Hi, to delete address book contacts:
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- On the screen, select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select Delete
- Choose the user to delete
- Confirm your selection
