How do I delete a sender from the address book on the scanner?

Hi, do you mean to actually delete the entry in the address book, or just remove that person as a sender? Either way, you'll have to get to the address book:
- Press User Tools/Counter
- Selec System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
To completely delete someone from the address book, select Delete and then the person you want to remove, then confirm your choice.
To remove someone as a sender but not delete their entry, select that person from the list in the address book, then select the Protection tab. De-select Sender on the screen, so it is no longer highlighted, then select OK to save the change. That person will no longer be available as a sender.
