Aficio Will Not Scan To Email

Hi, there could be many possible reasons why your Ricoh can't scan to email. Some of them include:
- It was never set up properly
- The SMTP server is down, or the server name/IP address was entered incorrectly
- The SMTP authentication info is incorrect (maybe the password changed)
- The DNS server is down, or the server IP address is wrong
- There is a network connection problem somewhere
- The wrong port was chosen for the SMTP server
- The SMTP server requires a valid "from" email address, and the administrator's email address on the copier is not valid
- It was never set up properly
- The SMTP server is down, or the server name/IP address was entered incorrectly
- The SMTP authentication info is incorrect (maybe the password changed)
- The DNS server is down, or the server IP address is wrong
- There is a network connection problem somewhere
- The wrong port was chosen for the SMTP server
