Changing Fax Information
How do you change a fax number already loaded in memory and how do you delete one that you no longer use?

To change a fax number, go into the address book (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Admin Tools > Address Book Management), select Change, and choose the fax number you want to modify. Then select the Fax tab, input the new number, and press OK to save it.
To delete an entry, go into the address book as described above, select Delete, and choose the entry to delete. Confirm your choice, and that entry will be removed.
