Ricoh Mp C4000 Document Server Wont Work

If the document server stores files but deletes them after a few days, this article can help:

- How to disable the Auto Delete function on a Ricoh copier’s Document Server

If the document server won't let you save jobs at all and it gives you an error, there may be a problem with the hard disk, depending on what the error is.

If the document server lets you save jobs but won't let you modify them, you may need to talk to your machine administrator to gain rights to modify document server jobs.
