Ricoh Aficio C3500 Cant Ping No Webimage Monitor

It may be something as simple as the copier has the wrong IP address, or it could be something more complicated. Here are some things to check:
- Check the IP address and subnet mask that the copier has (you can do this by printing out a config page) and make sure they are both valid for your network segment.
- Check the cable going from the copier to your switch/router/panel etc. and make sure the connection is good.
- Try to ping any network device from the copier and see if it goes through.
- If you are using a static IP address, try turning on DHCP and letting the copier grabs its own IP address, and see if that makes a difference.
