How Do I Get My Ricoh Aficio Mp 4001to Print A Fax Confirmation Sheet?

I was wondering how do I stop the fax confirmations from printing each time a fax is sent successfully? We just want confirmats when there are errors with the fax. Also, how do you get a daily confirmation of all faxes sent for that day to be printed automatically? Thanks!
