how do you reset factory settings on ricoh c3002 printers?

For some settings, you will need a technician to perform the procedure, as the machine has to be put into service mode. However, for the user settings, you can reset them by pressing the User Tools/Counter button, then holding down the * and selecting one of the menu items (Copy/Document Server, Printer, etc.). Repeat this for each of the menu items to reset them all back to their default values. Note that this procedure will delete any network configuration the machine has stored.
