Hi, you can edit contacts through the address book:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management (you may have to scroll down first)
- Select the address to edit
- Select the Fax tab
- Make the changes you want to make
- Select OK to save the changes
