What Settings Are Used To Scan To Email With A Ricoh Aficio Mp 4001

Hi, unless your email server uses additional protocols, the MP 4001 just uses SMTP to scan to email, and you can find the SMTP settings (server name, port number, username/password if required) under User Tools > System Settings > File Transfer.
