Changing Toner
After I changed the toner it won't reset.

Hi, some things to check:
- Make sure you removed the black outer cap from the new toner bottle
- Make sure that when you removed the old toner bottle, the gray inner cap was still attached to it
- Make sure you have the right type of toner for your machine
- Sometimes it takes a few tries to load new toner, especially if the reservoir is particularly empty. Open the front door and close it again so the copier tries to load toner again, and repeat this two or three times to see if the error message goes away.
