How Do I Clean This Machine To Stop Unwanted Vertical Lines From Being Printed

All the copies we make have an unwanted vertical line runing the height of the page, how do we clean the machine to make that stop? We have already cleaned the glass and strip.

If it only happens on copies, it could be one of the margin settings. You can check these settings in User Tools > Copier Features > Edit. If it's not a margin setting, you may have to have your service technician adjust the document feeder's lead edge or trail edge setting.
