Hi, if you can send faxes but not receive them, there may be a problem with the MP 201. A good way to check is to plug a phone into the phone jack used by the copier and try to receive a phone call. If the call comes through and you can answer it and the line sounds clear, the problem probably lies within your machine. Otherwise, there may be a line problem.
